David Charlton
Chief Pup Officer
David’s journey into pet care started with a lifelong love of animals and a successful senior leadership career in retail and hospitality technology. In 2023, between roles, he decided to combine his passion for pets with his tech expertise to create Posh Paws — a modern grooming business focused on outstanding customer and pet experiences that rivals the mainstream corporate companies or the home groomers. David's belief is that every dog & cat deserves the very best experience when being groomed and he holds his team to that very high standard.
David leads the company with a sharp focus on customer experience, ensuring every moment in our salons delights both pets and their owners. He shares his home with his husband Tim and their many dogs, cats and horses.
Beth
Eccleshall Salon Manager
Beth has been with the business since the beginning of 2025 and has quickly worked her way up having gained valuable knowledge about the Posh Paws ethos ahead of taking her first steps into salon management.
She has two dogs of her own, Harley and Violet. Beth worked at Pets at Home Trent Vale where she gained her grooming qualifications before working alongside Francesca at Posh Paws of Stone.
Francesca
Stone Salon Manager
Francesca came onboard in January 2025, bringing six years of grooming experience from Pets at Home Trent Vale. She specializes in working with challenging dogs, including anxious and nervous pets, creating calm and positive grooming experiences.
Since joining Posh Paws, Francesca has built a strong team and elevated grooming standards at our Stone salon — beloved by our two- and four-legged customers alike.

Charlee
Stoke Salon Manager
Charlee opened our Stoke salon in April 2025 after gaining valuable 1:1 grooming experience at Pets at Home Festival Park, Stoke. She is passionate about canine oral hygiene and is qualified to provide Emmi-Pet ultrasonic dental cleaning, a service she offers at the Stoke salon.
Her favourite breed is the poodle, and her faithful companion is Reuben.
Nattalie
Newcastle-under-Lyme Salon Manager
Joining us in April 2025, Nattalie took on the challenge of managing our flagship Eccleshall salon, raising the bar where others struggled. Known for her meticulous standards and compassionate approach, she ensures every dog leaves looking and feeling “pawfect.” She is now heading up the opening of our newest salon in Newcastle.
Nattalie is also leading the Wags & Rewards loyalty programme, helping customers get the best value for their visits.
Her favourite breed is the cocker spaniel.
